Please see our Leeds Castle page for a major update after 45 years of regular bus service operation. We have had to take the decision to cease any regular services and offer a Groups only service for a minimum of 5 passengers (or less who are willing to pay the private groups rate of £50 minimum return)

After the hardest couple of years in our industry ever, including the 1990s and late 2000’s recessions, we are still here, still fighting to survive and aiming to thrive.
We are sadly contemplating the permanent cease of our long running shuttle service to Leeds Castle from Bearsted Station. Numbers since covid are just too low to justify a regular and reliable service and with no financial support to operate it, we see no way it can feasibly continue.
We are still operating on set days and may just offer the service to groups only but either way keep an eye on our Leeds Castle page for an official update and announcement

Well, what a strange 20 months its been, hence no regular updates here. The date of the previous post will not go unnoticed I’m sure, only a week before Covid and Lockdowns ruined our lives, especially in the tourism industry.
But we are back and with a vengeance! Our client list has been growing and we’been so proud to help businesses in the UK and Europe where we’ve been able to in the last year and January sees our return to Thailand and then lots of group itinerary planning to help our coach operator clientele
We wish you all the best for a happy new year if we dont post here again until then and thank you for all your custom and support over the last 46 years of trading and transitions for the various ‘Spot’ brands

These are extremely exciting times and we want to assure all customers that Spot Travel Services and Spot Legal Services will continue to operate independantly and all services will continue to be offered
The launch in March 2020 will see us serving the UK and Worldwide Tourism market with travel journalism, video projects and one to one legal support and travel consultancy

Well, it has certainly been a very busy period for us planning events for 2019 and meeting our clients demands. We’ve produced brochures and been on a unique marketing and research campaign for a coach operator in Hertfordshire.
However, the biggest news is the opening of Spot Legal Services, our new sister operation which will run alongside Spot Travel Services.
We offer legal support under the Spot Travel Services brand and as this became so busy it made sense to separate them and we now have a new office open in Ashford with the two branded signs looking all shiny so you can easily find us! Always best to call ahead in case we’re out on the road completing projects though….

Great showcasing of the Gilbert White House and Oates Collection in Selbourne Hampshire this week with Steve Reed Tourism. Definitely somewhere we will be promoting on our consultancy travels!! We’re now at the next step of our plans and will be visiting coach operators and hotels accross the UK to help promote coach tourism……

It’s been quiet here on the website but busy busy busy behind the scenes! We are now working with three coach operators with legal support through what can be harrowing court procedures and another two operators whom require tour planning support. Our own Spot Travel Tours and Excursions are constantly being planned and will be ready for launch at the end of 2018. Also coming up is our exciting Event at the Skipton Hotel, The Rendezvous where we will be showing off all they have to offer to coach operators accross the UK! Contact us for more information

After carefully considering feedback and monitoring demand, we are now working on the launch of Spot Travel Tours and Excursions which will work alongside and under the current branding of Spot Travel Services. It appears to make sense for us to provide our packaged tours and excursions to group organisers directly, as well as supplying these to coach operators and tour operators within our brochure writing services…allowing for products working alongside rather than conflicting with one another

Ah well…..sadly we didn’t win the award for Coach Innovation of the Year at the Coach Tourism Awards last week. However, after only launching a few months prior we are immensly proud and our certificate will hold its place in our office for a long time. Lets see how we do in 2019…..
